Questions pros ask

When is the $20 charged?
When the homeowner picks you, never before. Showing interest in a request is free. If the homeowner picks another pro, or nobody, you pay nothing.
What do I get for it?
The homeowner’s address, phone number and access notes, and the request is yours alone: nobody else can buy it while you have it.
Is there a subscription, a sign-up fee or a commission?
No. No monthly fee, no sign-up fee and no share of the job. You agree your price with the homeowner directly.
What is a service call fee?
Your own price for coming out, set once per trade by your company’s owner (it can be $0). Homeowners see it before they pick. Tack On doesn’t charge or collect it.
Can I limit what I spend?
Yes. Company owners can limit how many leads each technician takes per day and per week, and the company card pays.
What if a lead is bad?
A disconnected phone number or a confirmed duplicate request is refunded automatically. If the homeowner can’t be reached, report it within 72 hours and we review it against the contact attempts our refund policy describes.
