Does it cost anything?: No. Sending a request is free. You pay the pro you pick only for the work you agree with them.
Who sees my address and phone number?: Only the pro you pick, and only for your request. Other pros see the job and a rough area.
What if nobody responds?: We tell you on your request page, and you can send a new request for a later time or cancel.
What is a service call fee?: The pro’s own price for coming out, shown before you pick (some pros charge none). It is paid to the pro, not to Tack On.
Is it an emergency service?: No. For fire, a gas smell or immediate danger, leave and call 911 or your utility first.
